Raspberry Pi creator picks up Royal Society of Engineering Silver Medal Inquirer RASPBERRY FOUNDATION CHIEF Eben Upton has been awarded a Royal Society of Engineering Silver Medal. The Society's Silver Medals are given out to people who are less than 22 years in the business, and have been awarded since 1994.

Eben has a shiny thing

We’re very proud to be able to announce today that Eben is one of the recipients of the Royal Society of Engineering’s Silver Medal for 2013. We’re chuffed to bits to hear the news, and will be ensuring that he wears it with the HAL9000 t-shirt that you’re always so polite about in the comments.
