The Raspberry Pi Guy interviews Eben

A few weeks ago Matt Timmons-Brown, The Raspberry Pi Guy , visited Pi Towers to interview Raspberry Pi Trading CEO Eben Upton. Over the course of an hour and a half, Matt drew Eben’s detailed answers on some of the topics that hundreds of you put forward in response to a call for questions.

The Raspberry Pi Guy interviews Eben and Gordon

On Monday, Matt Timmons-Brown, The Raspberry Pi Guy , took a day out from revising for his GCSEs to come and do some video interviews with Eben and Gordon. We really enjoy working with Matt; he asks difficult questions, and I think that many of you will find this interview particularly interesting, as Eben talks about plans for open-sourcing the Pi’s graphics stack, what’s going on with the display board, what’s up with Windows 10, and much more. Thanks Matt – come back to Pi Towers when your exams are over! (Next time, we want more Gordon!)

Cambridge Jam: focus on education

I asked the organisers, Michael Horne (whom you might know as Recantha: he has a brilliant Raspberry Pi blog , which you should check out) and Tim Richardson , whether they’d be prepared to write a guest post for us about the event. They’ve done so in spades

A video that made us cry

A little-known fact: Eben and I are disgustingly sentimental. So when Matt Timmons-Brown (who you may know better as The Raspberry Pi Guy from his excellent series of YouTube tutorials) sent us this video late last night, we watched it together and found that by the end we had both got salty tears on our Battenberg cake
